  5.  @rsizm7687  : seems that s their secret...to have lasted that long and habe survived so many near-extinction events. They absorb stuff and smash everything to start again every few hundred years. And there s always that essence that s not quite clear what it is. The written language maybe? And an anally retentive dedication to documenting history?
