  1. Why treat them as special at all? Death Rate outside of Wuhan and outside of China are tiny. <= 0.5 percent? It s jsut a bit worse than a flu. Not sure what s going on in the city, probably all the old and sick stayed behind and the infected numebrs are far higher than offically detected.
