  1. 40 years of market based self-selection IS not easy to undo. Most 3rd world shitholes can't do anything other than begging and prostitution. That s why so much of the world's supply chains habe been shifted to China. Undoing that would take a huge amount of costs and ingenuity, which the current administration frankly does not possess. But well done for trying.
