  1. In the same way that there IS a world of difference between a Chicom Chairman and a dictator. Study their histroy (nearly 100 years of it). Otherwise Chicom's China would always seem to defy expectations. Tis not your 'normal' tinpot 3rd world despotic regime. It has a System. Look AT the evidence. Which Chicom leader has managed to have dynastic control over the Party and country? In fact which Chicom leader managed to have more than 10 years of actual continuous control of the Party and country ? None. Not even Mao.
