  3. Sudden democratisation in Poor/backward/underdeveloped societies= civil war and bloodshed and refugees. Almost wihout exception. How many facts do we habe to ignore to maintain the current fundamentalist religion of democracy. Mature modern democracy didnt land in the West (or any where) until societies became rich and developed enough.
