  1. The UK 1866 Parliamentry Oaths Act requires exactly the same. Every Country has that law. HK didnt. What HK had been doing till now was the equivalent of the UK allowing some angry clown of a Chinaa--mann to be an MP, with the right of refusal to take an oath of alliegence to queen and country and the right to ask for Chinese intervention to 'rescue Poor little him' from the UK.
