This is how it works, the G7 countries that control the insurance companies that insure all the shipping and oil terminals in the world will set Russia oil at around $55 per barrel giving them a small profit, any countries that buy or ship oil outside this will not get insurance, and will be sanctioned!!   13.  @AM-cs8yi  buying it and shipping around the world is the issue, Russia has very few ships, it takes a long time to reach China and other countries in that region and if the russian oil cap comes into force in January nobody will be able to buy oil from Russia above the set amount, which will probably be around $55-$60 per barrel

  15.  @antonywooster6783  no they won't be able to, it's not as simple as that, most ships aren't russian or Chinese, and there's the routes they take, the ports that are used, all controlled by G7 insurance companies! And then there the sanctions that China is terrified of, there economy is already in decline, there property markers are driving everything down, it's a total mess!
