  2. I don't see it that way, as you might expect. And RBG herself gave the logic behind this (really commonsensical notion) when she said, "That’s their job. There’s nothing in the Constitution that says the president stops being president in his last year." What applies to the last year surely applies to the last few months. What you're asking Trump to do is stop doing his job.
