The point that we can't be scolded into changing what we care about it is especially important because, well, this applies to women too! I remember them getting mad at Jordan Peterson for talking to the incels. But many of these men thought precisely the same kinds of things about what a woman "should" find attractive. They wondered for years why women kept going for the "jerks" who were also far more masculine than themselves, when in their opinion those women should've been attracted to someone whose best quality was being a "nice guy". You're never going to argue your way into someone's affections. Either you are what they're looking for, or they won't be with you.

@professionalpookie That does indeed happen. For the men's part, we should be raising them and encouraging them to be more masculine for many reasons, but partly because that's what women are going to be catching feelings for more often than not. Given a good man who they find attractive and a jerk they also find attractive, young women can no longer just let feelings lead them and they'll have to think about it, ultimately choosing the man who "has everything". And yes, that would apply in the reverse for any young women thinking femininity "shouldn't" be expected. Gotta get them to notice you first, either way.
