If you look this term up... slang : to publicly identify or publish private information about (someone) especially as a form of punishment or revenge https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/dox#h1 it seems that Candace was right to call out liars like Tree of Logic (who should change her name because no, "Candace is a fraud" doesn't logically follow from "She claims she used to be liberal and is now conservative, but here's evidence she used to be liberal and is now conservative") and Blaire White because when you publicize something it becomes 100% the opposite of private information.
