  1. the plan has always been to wait it out until people simply forget and accept "the new normal." that is to say, in a couple of years those data sheets will simply have moved the zero line up. i have a feeling the bioweapons were not as effective as planned (they errored on the side of caution) so they'll just launch the next wave in a couple years.
