Just like Trump. Most people have him based solely on media lies and clips deceitful taken out of context. The mainstream media is a powerful force for evil.

Blaming Trump for Canada's economic woes ... lol. The issue is and always has been your cucked WEF/NWO/Globalist leaders. Canada has ample resources, and did have a small population that should all be enjoying and extremely high quality of life. Instead, normal Canadians can't afford anything, certainly not a home, while the govt continually imports untold numbers of foreigners from India, China, and elsewhere. This has zero to do with the USA, other than the fact that the Obama/Biden administrations were trying to run us into the ground the same way.

Corruption spreads fast and the rot is deep. I wouldn't bet on any politician seizing day, at least not toward any good purpose. We the people need to save ourselves and not accept the scum rule.

I'm starting a new movement. "Collapse the corrupt" Spread the word

I was hesitant for about a minute. Ever since it's been a hard no. I doubt many are hesitant. People have made their decisions.

@nosuchthing8 I'm sure it could. Jonathan's point (I think, and mine as well) is that it is not intelligent. no matter how much successful AI is in fooling people that it is sentient or conscious or real or whatever, it never will be. also, it's not that hard to defeat. unplug it.

Denying someone's delusion or childish daydreaming is not the same as denying their existence. The real damage is done by entertaining people's delusions as reality.

We are incredibly lucky to have a man like Dr. Peterson giving advice to many of us! I daresay, young women need something similar. Have you seen the trash that most young women are fed and look up to? Women desperately need guidance too, though they're unlikely to admit it. And they'd sure as hell have a difficult time accepting it from a stranger, particularly a man. Ideally it would be her parents, but we know that is one of the main problems facing society today.

You can't what?

This channel is gold mine. Thank you Mr. Peterson.

It was only "skillful" if they wanted war. And seeing how they all profit from it while innocent people are killed... Perhaps it was skillful after all.

It's seems strange to me that Dr. Peterson says "I don't draw a moral distinction with the ragards to the utility of order and chaos." The vast majority of his advice is to better oneself and the world around them by bringing about order. Chaos is indeed negative, and often brought by women, into men's lives simply to ward off boredom.
1
@mikemck4796 I suppose that's true. one needs to confront chaos in order to grow and not stagnate.
1
@jonrussell739 Chaos is negative insofar as order requires purpose and energy expenditure. perhaps chaos is "reordering" in the grand scheme of things, but not in the realm of human experience. in addition, man's nature is to make/build/structure/provide etc. woman's nature is not only to nuture, but to push/challenge/not take accountability. Father time: order and structure. Mother nature: brutal and choatic.

I'm glad Dr. Keating acknowledges that there may be an event horizon beyond which is simply beyond our knowing. He also makes a great point about our perspective being based on our size, and therefore the scale we exist in. I don't accept the premise that we live in a quantum universe however. That thinking is a byproduct of the limits of our measurements.

Powerful video. I've been trying to internalize a lot of the messages from Jordan Peterson. Recently, however I'm finding myself heading down a dark path. There are only so many setbacks and rejections a man can take before he wants to take some drastic action to actually feel some sense of control. Working on oneself works... for a while. But still guarantees nothing. Much of life and what happens is entirely random and/or subject to the flippant decisions/choices by others.

Think about this: as horrible as it is, it produces a humble, appreciative woman. That’s very difficult to find in western countries. So, which is truly better?

Asian Boss has a video where they ask South Koreans if they want reunification with the north. Most elderly say yes. But most the young say it depends. Basically they’re don’t want to help the north if it requires any sacrifice or lowering of their own living standards. Quite shocking and sad to hear. I lived in South Korea for 4 years and after the first year of blissful culture shock, I quickly realized what a terrible society they’ve built. It is an accelerated and saturated version of the worst of American pop culture. Vapid, shallow, gaudy and soul crushing. It’s not all bad, but you have to solely focus on the traditional elements to find any value.
1
She also says, in North Korea you don't more up in class with marriage. One can only stay at the same level or move down. This seems like an ingenious social construct to combat the hypergamous nature of women.
