  1. I don't understand the obsession over getting software updates. In the early days of mobile OS's, an update often did come with better functionality. Now day's, it's almost entirely feature-creep bloat, and often times (iOS and Android both) the updates will slow your phone purposefully, pushing users to buy new devices.
