  2. there SHOULD be another housing market bubble burst. however, there are giant criminal groups like Blackrock who get bailed out with your tax dollars, and buy up all the houses keeping prices high while expecting everybody to be renters. they don't want you to be a home owner. they want you to be paying them monthly for the rest of your life, your childrens' lives, your grand childrens' lives...
