In some countries (South Korea for example) your resume must include a photo. that's one reason plastic surgery is so common, and is even a graduating gift from parents to help their kids get interviews and better jobs. It's messed up. At least we don't do that here. Here at least you have a chance to impress at the interview even if you're fugly.
