  1. I know some girls that work at a salon, and they get normal pay. Not this $3-4/hr crap that restaurants try to pull. And yet they still expect a tip from every single customer. They all bad mouth customers who don't tip. I made some of these arguments and they agreed with me. But then went right back to their old ways almost immediately. It's the entitlement that is the problem. Which means tipping should never be normalized.
