08:20 Not entirely true, in the late 1990's a Chaebol named Daewoo fell, there were calls for a government bailout but the then sitting government refused to do so. Economists claimed that a disaster would ensue, the government did nothing and the economy was barely affected. The assets simply move to other companies (including foreign companies) and operations go largely unchanged. Samsung isn't vital, its resources and people are.
