  1. 12:25 Literally the same in Latin America, I took a vacation to the Netherlands Antilles (where my mother is from) and entire roads surrounded by gigantic mansions were just dirt roads with wild dogs roaming around. You couldn't pay me to live in one of those mansions, the infrastructure is horrendous. Here in the Netherlands the infrastructure and foundations are all complete before a single house is built, there they didn't even bother with anything beyond their fence.
