  3. Yes but no laws = no building regulations a disaster waiting to happen. Same with all the still water where rubbish got dumped in, this place was a pandemic waiting to happen. I'd gladly want to live there for 3 months, but anything longer than that wouldn't be wise.

  11. Africans themselves destroyed Africa by copying Soviet economic and social models and calling it "progressive". Had Africa adopted Liberalism the continental would have prospered, but the Africans themselves chose to implement a License Raj over the entire continent.
