Prada which had the same design and came out earlier wons tonnes of awards and was universally well-received, the iPhone stole the design, L.G. sued and won. Most features that came with the iPhone were already found on Microsoft Windows and R.I.M. BlackBerry smartphones at the time. It still baffles me that the iPhone, which was essentially a copycat with less features than the competition, won. This is pure marketing.
