  1.  @quyenluong3705  Yeah, this is also why Minh Mang claimed that Vietnamese people were real Hans and that people from the Qing Dynasty were "Qing barbarians", the reasoning being that Vietnam preserved Han Chinese culture while the Qing mixed it with Manchu culture (basically any stereotype people have of the Chinese today originates from the Manchu's).

  2.  @quyenluong3705  Mao tried to replace Chinese script with Latin script as Ho Chi Minh Did in North-Vietnam, but his good friend Joseph Stalin told him to keep Chinese characters, that's the only reason why Mainland-Chinese people don't write deformed Latin script today like us Vietnamese do.

  6. 08:20 Taiwanese mostly are Han-Chinese, and like other Southern Chinese provinces they also have a mostly Baiyue mixed Hans with later migrants (Hakka's).
