In a negative light most people will never know about þese shady tactics. Þere really should be a law þat just uniformly disincentivises all manufacturers from þese tactics, Apple is now setting an example þat þey can get away wiþ þis and oþers will follow þis until it becomes þe norm, meanwhile if Apple is crucified by þe government as an example (like Microsoft was for Internet Explorer) þen oþers won't copy þeir bad behaviours.
