  1. The USPS has been the target of the GOP and right wing dinks for the last 20 years. Senator Susan Collins tried feeding the post office a "poison pill" in an attempt to break it up and privatize it. The GOP forced the USPS to fund retirement benefits and healthcare for its employees 20 years into the future! What other sort of business has to operate under those conditions? Its nuts, but I don't have any legitimate complaints about the United States Postal Service, I think they do a good job and are leaps and bounds better than any privatized corporate delivery service.
