If ANYONE was serious about curbing the influx of immigrants/undocumented aliens into the United States of America, it would be a first time felony offense (6 month minimum mandatory) to any business owner who knowingly hires them in order to avoid paying taxes, or a living wage. That alone would put a humongous dent in the number of people coming here who are undocumented.
