  2. Yeah, he's clearly not 100 % innocent either, he picked up rocks, sticks, and KEPT encroaching on the kid with the knife. If he had simply got on his bicycle and gone in the other direction, he'd still be alive. Nothing was stopping him from escaping that situation, he had plenty of opportunities to leave before things turned deadly.

  6. The victim definitely wasn't 100% innocent, he encroached on the killer at least twice with rocks and sticks when he could have easily just have hopped back on his bicycle and gone in the opposite direction, instead he chose to engage in mutual combat. Not the smartest thing to do.

  8. Now he's essentially emboldened and in his own mind he truly graduated to "gangster" status after getting away with murder. This is exactly the thing that will encourage this POS because he showed absolutely ZERO remorse when interviewed by detectives.
