  2. Those kids are traumatized now unfortunately. You can hear the little one say to the officer after stepping out of the car that they were scared, and rightfully so. The howls and screams that our friend "Gunner" here were unworldly. They'll remember that their entire life.

  7. ​ @StonerTHOTS all he had to do is NOT break the law, have valid insurance, a valid driver's license, and make sure the children hes responsible for and care for are buckled into their seats. This is ALL on him, the Police were more than patient and calm with him. What more could they have possibly done, let Gunner here just go on his merry way?   8. Its crazy when police are making arrests, and people are trying to record the instances on their smart phones, but the police start saying "back up or im going to arrest you !!" It's like every single time when the incident reaches a certain level, the police just start trying to arrest as many people as possible. They try to intimidate bystanders and people trying to record as if thats going to actually interfere in their "investigation". The threats against citizens simply trying to observe or record interactions with the police needs to STOP !

  25. The police officer is certainly NOT trying to deescalate the situation....This woman should have been allowed to continue on her way home. It was a stupid civil interaction where there was no harm/no foul. Arresting someone in this situation for not supplying an ID is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of law enforcement.

  29.  @bostonaviation2010  the police FAILED to PROPERLY identify the suspects thus giving unlawful orders to submit to an unlawful arrest. A person does not need to comply with unlawful or unjust orders, especially if resisting without violence which both the man and woman were doing. Neither of them were being violent, they were simply not complying with the unlawful orders from the police.

  47. In all honesty, the cops tried searching and patting him down before he was arrested or detained. He should have been positively IDd, detained, and arrested BEFORE he was grabbed and searched. Not saying he's not guilty of the crimes committed, but this probably could have been dealt with a lot better without causing so much violence.
