  1. #25, I'm wondering if the driver of the red car is the target of a major investigation perhaps? Or maybe he and the person who arrived on scene are friends with the responding cop and possibly bribed him, or maybe the cop is a "customer" of theirs....very interesting how the cop directed witnesses AND the victim to leave the scene while also refusing to take witness statements. Id really like to have a follow-up of this incident. The entire thing sounds highly suspicious. 🧐🧐🧐 *Also the driver of the red car looked unsteady on his feed and the way he was fidgeting make me believe he's under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
