  2. #3, I believe you are incorrect in determining what a "brake check" is. The examples you rovided in the video upload look more like a driver applying the brakes in order to slow the vehicle down as to not crash into the other vehicle in front. It should be noted too that in the video, you are traveling too close to the vehicle in front of you, essentially tailgating them. It wouldn't be out of the ordinary for a vehicle to tap the brakes when another vehicle is tailgating them, but that isn't even what I saw in the provided video.
