  1. There's NO WAY that the truck in #13 had a green arrow. The cam vehicle had a green light and the right of way.

  2.  @ITBOILSMYBLOOD  yep, agreed. The city traffic planners definitely didn't set up two opposing lights to have green at the same time, that would be counterproductive. It looked like a hard hit as well, I hope the cammer was OK.
