  13. #19, so what, the red car beat you to the roundabout. No harm, no foul. That should have been the end of the interaction, you two both go your separate ways. The red car braked because there was a pedestrian close to the shoulder of the road and you misinterpreted it as a brake check WHILE YOU'RE TAILGATING them, THEN you chose to drive over the concrete curb like an rager trying to pass in a no pass zone. Thats all on you bud. No reason to call the cops.
