  1. Yes, the cammer was obviously trying to hit the semi. Only applies the brake after laying on the horn for a ridiculous amount of time. Had they used the brake INSTEAD of the horn, the crash would have been 100% avoidable.

  4. Wow #36 RIP. I wonder what lead up to that incident? Was it simply a road rage incident turned deadly, or did the two drivers know each other? Very sad. Im surprised that the dodge driver was able to land a fatal shot while driving that fast and at that angle. It was lucky that he rear ended the truck, otherwise it could have been an unsolved homicide.

  7. He's clearly lying. There's almost no case in which a rear end accident is the fault of the car in front. He was tailgating and couldn't stop in time because of it.

  8. #28 Lady....your son sped up and sideswiped that vehicle. Yes, the other vehicle was changing lanes erratically, but that doesn't give your son the right to use his vehicle to block other motorists. That contact was easily avoidable and there's no way your son is not guilty here.

  11.  @ElRodriPR  i dont care what your fathers profession is. The cammer was following too close and wasnt paying attention which makes the accident their fault. You noticed the other vehicles were able to stop in time without rear ending anymore, you want to know why? They were paying attention and had adequate room to stop in time.

  14. #10 there's no way in hell you won that case unless you had a crooked lawyer or blind judge. You were obviously following the other driver too closely, thats why you were unable to brake in time. Rear end accidents are 99.99999% of the time the fault of the driver in the back.
