  1. #16 was a good Samaritan accident. The minivan driver didn't cause the accident. The driver of the car trying to pull out of the parking lot doesn't HAVE to obey someone else ushering them into the roadway. I NEVER accept these sort of gestures from other motorists when they think they're doing something nice because I know how and why good Samaritan accidents happen.
