  1. #2, i did that in a blizzard in 1995-1996 on I-395 in Brewer, Maine in a 1992 Chevy Lumina going to a Jr Prom with my friend riding shotgun. I only had my license for a year. We were on our way to pick up our dates and in the blink of an eye, the highway "disappeared" and I drifted down into the median going about 45 mph. I kept it steady and straight and after about 100 feet i fentle pointed the front of that burgundy bomber back up onto the highway and that's where it went without so much as a hiccup. I missed a utility pole in the median by a couple of feet, but we got to our destination and back safely that night.
