  1. I thought the same when I watched the clip. She let off the brake and rear ended the charger. She wanted to be the victim with video proof, but recorded herself being the aggressor. Oops!

  3. Yeah, that woman purposely rear-ended that car that pulled out near the Texas roadhouse, she let off the brake. Just because you recorded it, doesn't mean you're in the right. That dodge charger had plenty of time to pull out, SHE rear ended it.

  4.  @evil56781  nope, it's always the fault of whoever rear ends the other person. It's called following too close, tailgating, not giving enough space between you and the vehicle in front. It's a ticketable offense.
