NATO is a wonderful idea , but today it has been hijacked by Neocon Warmongers , War Profiteer Oligarchs & Military Contractors owned by the usual Hedge Funds,Private Equity & Asset Managers that make € billions out of all the Wars , their goal is to use the fake Ukraine and Kazakhstan Crisis Fear and Paranoia to raise the Barrel of Oil & Gas equivalent to € 100 and bankrupt first the EU and then the US and Russia , and to buy their Assets very cheap, they have done that many times throughout History. Notice how even inside the EU Parliament , the most extreme left wingers demand Europe stops using Oil, Gas ,Coal and Nuclear , and without a precise plan to build the substituting 400 gigawatts of Clean Energy like Solar and Wind, etc . , they want EU without Electricity , to commit industrial suicide .
