Ukraine accession to the EU will cost Europe Taxpayers more than € 200 billion Euros in the first few years, money that their own EU Citizens will not get . In my opinion , without new Presidential Elections in Ukraine, its un - ethical and illegal to talk about this . Let's remember that the CIA Director had to go personally to Kiev to ask the top Politicians and Bureaucrats and Military to stop stealing so many USA & EU Aid Funds. The levels of Corruption, Insider Trading, Graft, Bribery and Theft are staggering, in the opinion of most experts.
