  1. The problem is cheap China steel and aluminum dumped on EU and US. These tariffs and counter - tariffs only created arguments and anger on the 2 sides with no real gain ofJobs on either side. It was designed to pick up a fight for nothing and keep politicians on the TV news acting tough, while China continued to dump cheap steel, aluminum and many other products on US & EU Markets. Only ones winning were the TV CEO'S selling Advertising.
