In my opinion since the whole Planet will be 5G/LTE/WiFi linked by fiber, submarine fiber and satellites as well as Solar & Battery Systems and Desalination& Hydrogen , smart simple projects in those areas are a starting smart move , combined with Digital Euro and natural foods , electric transportation , etc. Distributing 500 million Training Videoconference Tablets Laptops with cheap Data plans , 100 million each for EU, LatAm, US, Africa , Asia is still the fastest way to increase E-commerce , Woman's Rights, Democracy ,Health and Wealth . Tablets can be manufactured for € 70 each in volume . Thanks !
