  1. Rhine, Danube, Po Rivers are drying up ,what are the solutions proposed ? Build a network of dams to keep levels high automatically all along ? Problem is Bureaucrats and Politicians in EU need months of cocktails , lunches, dinners, Meetings, Conferences and soirees to get anything started , not to mention fashion clothes shopping to get the ridiculous EU tight suit and make up look, so maybe in a few years they will implement some solutions ? After EU River Commerce and Energy Plants Industry are bankrupt ?
