Most Experts agree that 700 to 1000 meters deep and encased in concrete ,etc. creates a secure environment. In the case of Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina, as neighbors, if they can't work on practical solutions together , how can they join the EU and the Euro ? Will they start a Conflict ? Will they demand EU only buys Oil & Gas from their Sunni Sheiks supporters in the Middle East ?
