  1. ECB : You must make very clear to all EU Citizens ,with a solemn promise, that Cash Currency in real Euro Bills and Coins will always be available , or this digital euro must be rejected. If EU Taxpayers don't have real currency, bills and coins, whoever controls the ECB servers will control all EU Taxpayers and Consumers like slaves , like servants with no recourse, and that is a criminal offense . Look at Ukraine, where Zelenskiy and his partners control a Proprietary Software App, Diia, that controls everything Ukrainians do , from deposits and salaries to permits and to voting, just like the CCP in China : Total Control and Abuse.
