  1. Asia is opening 160 new Coal Plants , China alone 62 and they are some of the biggest ever .The solution is new scrubbers , new chemical filters to capture pollution, we need inventors .

Until we find how to capture pollution from burning COAL plants , makes sense but what should not be lost is the MINING SKILLS, the World needs Copper , Cobalt, Tungsten, Rare Earth's and we need skilled Miners , Poland must find a way to export these skills for hard to get Minerals , which Energy, Medicines and Technologies need right now. But again, US Infrastructure $ 1.2 Trillion includes millions to research how to capture CO2 and contaminants while burning COAL, that should be a target too in EU since Asia is building 160 new massive Coal plants right now , 62 of them in China alone and they are some of the biggest ever.
