In my opinion the Hollywood Studios Strikes by Writers, Directors, Actors and Professionals , as well as the 3 Automakers Workers Strikes and the disatisfaction with the big Social Media sites like Facebook and YouTube has a few common denominators, including the huge salaries, stock options , perks and benefits the very top executives extract with Contracts that apply only to them and are hundreds of times bigger than for the Workers , and not proportional to Results , they are just greedy backroom deals : Zaslav of Discovery making more than $ 200 million bonus for pushing the Documentaries of Discovery to be as valuable as Warner Brothers HBO, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter , Lord of the Rings, Superman , etc.and CNN , an incredible scam in the opinion of many , and all done behind closed doors. CNN pushed the Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan for 20 years and made $ billions from ads . The Automakers the same , and Facebook and YouTube deleting comments at will. Facebook and Onavo spying on Politicians, Military, Executives, Minors , etc. for years is ome of the most criminal events in modern History, and Zuckerberg got away with it , repugnant !
