The Ukraine Reconstruction Bank & The Ukraine Development Fund , based in Kiev , will use Europe and USA Pension Funds, EU & USA Workers Retirements Funds, as well as EU & USA Public Money as a starter to rebuild Ukraine , all run by Fink of BlackRock, Zelenskiy and Yermak, all in Kiev, and by all their Bankers, Advisers, Stockbrokers, Broker - Dealers, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds and Private Equity, without any Audits. The question is : European & American Retired and Active Workers want their Pensions and Retirement Funds and Savings spent in their own Countries where they have worked all their Lives ? Or they want their Pensions sent to Kiev to be spent by unknown Bureaucrats and Speculators in unsupervised Jobs and Materials to rebuild a foreign Country ? Are they going to be asked where their Money and Pensions should be spent ?
