Biden announced yesterday, considering more stable structures : The 41 km. of Gaza Beach Front Properties, well developed, are worth € 25 billion at least , and can provide Palestinians with Jobs, Education and Pensions: The first 5 blocks from the rebuilt and extended Beach , with Resorts, Apartments, Shopping Centers, Water Sports, Marinas and all along a typical Street Food, Crafts, Music, Services , etc. Markets and Beach facing Restaurants and Entertainment, etc. Also the planned Ship Canal from south Gaza - Egypt to the Gulf of Aqaba , with Tourists development all along offers a huge potential for all sides : Palestinians , Israelies and Egyptians .
