  1. Comm.Schmit : Thanks ! The RePowerEU Plan is 400 Gigawatts of Clean Energy and Heat Pumps all over Europe , and that is great news . Who is going to build these 400 GW ? who is going to build these Heat Pumps ? I use them and they work very well and cheap , but who is going to build them in Europe ? Who will install these 400 GW ? The Iberian Peninsula can't even connect power lines to the EU and most Youth don't understand that all the Factories above need Nuclear Power Steady and Chip Electricity , as well as the Chemicals from Coal, Oil & Gas, until future Generations discover how to get these Chemicals from Ocean Water , sand and Light Photons , etc. They will , but it's going to take a few years. Who is going to build all this ? The Union bosses sitting in their nice offices ? The Bureaucrats ? Right now this absurd War is transferring all EU Funds to the Asset Managers , Hedge Funds & Private Equity Executives that control the Stock of Big Oil, Big Gas and Big Weapons , there will be no EU money left by the time the Oligarchs behind Zelenskiy are done, Europe will need to borrow more Funds from these same Oligarchs . Shame !
