  1. In my opinion EU and US must lead the way with Electric Vehicles , Batteries ,Hydrogen , smart Electric Grid and Training . EU together must solve the problem of the corrupt ECT run by the Oligarchs and others : " Secretive Court System poses threat to Paris Climate Deal, says whistleblower " The Guardian, 11.3.21. Let's remember that in the case of Yukos, the Auctions that gave the Oligarchs most of Russia Oil ,Gas, Factories and National Assets were run by these Oligarchs in secrecy and without Public knowledge , and since they were the Bureaucrats and Appointed Officials , only they knew the good Minerals and Fossil Fuels sites , it was a scam, in my opinion, and they have no right to divide and extort EU Governments and EU Taxpayers , who always pay for everything in the end. The EU together must end this abuse and move Europe and the World Clean Energy forward .
