The European Union and USA must build new Scientific AI trading platforms to balance out all the Costs differences between Economic Blocks , to expand Trade with AI, open source and locally controlled , not contractors that steal . As Draghi says : Trade barriers between EU members is much worst than Tariffs. Europe can start Trade AI among 27 members, expand to America with Mercosur and then to the whole Continent. If its smart and practical, Pr Trump would go for it , the Trump Administration is acting very logical from the start : Cutting € billions of waste , fraud and abuse . Why Europe doesn't do the same and start applying AI Algorithms to Trade between the 27 members ? And work with USA and Mercosur expanding to the whole Continent ? America and Europe invented the Internet , the Web, the Processors and the Algorithms and methods , why not use it for Trade imbalances ? In my opinion Starmer is a total incompetent and bends the knee to the unelected and self appointed imams, but Macron , when France has some of the best AI developers, why not work with Pr Trump and Elon Musk xAI and get it done ? Right now ?
