Technical Experts are disappointed that Europe's Funds sent to Kiev, without any Audits, could have built at least 2 full Semiconductors Foundries, making Chips in the 5nm range, specially GPU chips . On top of that , Intel Chip Factories starts have slowed down due to Energy Price increases Costs .The manufactured Ukraine War has always been about slowing down Europe Technical Advances , besides Economic Bankruptcy. The only ones that don't get it are the Europeans themselves . Very sad.

Europe must go to Venezuela, Suriname, Guayanas, Brasil, or Libya or the Barents Sea , and find big deposits , or their Petro - Chemical Industry is gone .Where wil Europe get cheap Energy from ? The new partnership of Oil Sheiks and Neocon Oligarchs are out to Bankrupt Europe.
