Aschbacher : ESA & NASA have worked together in many successful space missions : Hubble, James Webb, Venus Mission, etc. NASA and SpaceX are using reusable rockets with 97.1 % of reusable successful landings , 408 successful out of 420 attempts, with Falcon 9 , why not continue working together ? People can hate or love Elon Musk, but SpaceX is now the most successful Space launcher in the World , ahead of Russia Soyuz, if I'm correct . Eventually Electric Ground Transportation, VTOL EV's, will link to Electric / Hydrogen Airplanes & Passenger Drones & Space Ships , so why not continue working together ? In my opinion this is not showing forward vision.
